Monte Carlo

The Monte-Carlo district of Monaco is one of the Principality’s most prestigious and densely populated areas. Named in honour of Prince Charles III of Monaco, it is home to many of the landmarks of Monaco, including the Boulevard des Moulins and Saint-Charles Church. The diversity of the district makes it the most appealing for renting or buying.

Fontvieille

At the foot of the Rock, Fontvieille was built on the sea. Created in 1966, the district is constantly evolving with several building sites underway. Some of the buildings are as prestigious as they are peaceful, offering high quality services.

Exotic Garden

In the north-west of Monaco lies Le Jardin Exotique, a quiet residential area that is popular with many families. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it offers a breathtaking sea view from every street.

The Rock

Monaco-Ville, or “the Rock” is the oldest part of the Principality. This is where the political institutions such as the Princely Palace and the courts are located. Small colourful streets, green gardens, museums, historical buildings and Renaissance mansions are all part of the Rock. To buy a property, you have to be patient, but occasionally a villa or a private mansion is put up for sale.

La Condamine

La Condamine is the district that lies between the Rock, Monte Carlo, and the Moneghetti area. It is a commercial area with markets, stores, restaurants where couples and families meet. It is also the district of the famous Port Hercules, place of departure of the Formula 1 Grand Prix.

Les Moneghetti

Moneghetti is the most residential area of Monaco. On the French border on the Beausoleil side, it is not the place where tourists come to stroll. It is a bubble of calm in a city that never sleeps, only 5 minutes walk from the lively districts of Fontvieille and La Condamine.

Larvotto

Larvotto is one of the most desirable areas for buyers. With its proximity to the sea, its prestigious buildings and its current modernisation, Larvotto offers exceptional services in an extremely privileged setting.

Larousse saint roman

Larousse Saint-Roman is located to the east of the city. It is a fast-growing area, mainly residential and traditional in its architecture, but has seen the emergence of modern buildings in recent years. It is one of the most popular areas, due to its tranquillity and its proximity to the Larvotto beaches.

MARETERRA

The latest district of Monaco, also known as Anse du Portier, is built on the sea.
This eco-district, a veritable peninsula rising out of the water, covers 6 hectares and represents the largest construction project in Monaco since the Fontvieille project. It is designed as an extension of the existing coastline, from the Grimaldi Forum to the Formula 1 Grand Prix tunnel. The new district will be largely pedestrian, with lots of vegetation and parks. Construction is scheduled for October 2024.

LE PORT HERCULE

Once a Mediterranean commercial port, Port Hercule is now a must for anyone visiting Monaco. Located just in front of the Condamine, Port Hercule is one of the most famous areas of the city, being the starting and finishing point for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Many of the buildings are on the front line, offering superb views of the Port all year round, and of the race at the time of the GP. Examples include Les Caravelles and the Palais Heracles.

The Golden Square

The Golden Square, or Le Carré d’Or, where the Casino and the most prestigious boutiques are located, is the most popular area for shoppers. It is a luxury area that cannot be found anywhere else in the world, especially known for the famous Casino that has made the city famous since 1878.
