The Schuylkill, an emblematic building in Monaco known the world over thanks to its dominant position on the F1 circuit, was completed in 1970. It was the principality’s first skyscraper. Between now and 2027, the Schuylkill will be completely renovated at a cost of over 170 million euros, by Zaha Hadid Architects.

The project involves raising the building by three storeys and completely modernizing the facades. The building will meet anti–seismic standards and the needs of people with reduced mobility.

Inside, the offices will be removed to make way for 142 apartments: 26 studios, 49 two–bedrooms, 37 three–bedrooms, 24 four–bedrooms, 2 four–bedroom duplexes, 2 five– bedrooms, 1 five–bedroom duplex and 1 six–bedroom duplex. A fitness center and spa for residents’ use will also be included.

The Schuylkill will offer 153 parking spaces and 192 cellars.

Green spaces will be integrated into the facade, with, for example, the rehabilitation of the planters on the 16th and 17th floors, until now abandoned.

Our team will be happy to provide you with further information on this project.
